HOW DO I ORDER?
As this is an on-line shop, all orders are placed through our website and payment is either through PayPal or email us to request our banking details for electronic transfer. You do not have to have a PayPal account.
Select your Product and Add To Basket, you can continue shopping and adding items to your basket. View Basket to check your items, make changes or to delete an item.
To calculate shipping charges, enter your Country details and in the shopping cart. Delivery within the UK is a Flat Rate of £4.80 for normal sized items. For overweight items these charges will depend on the weight of the item purchased. Details will be available at checkout.
International buyers, the shipping charge is calculated by Country for normal sized items. For overweight items these charges will depend on the weight of the item purchased. Details will be available at checkout.
Please check the items in your shopping basket and then Proceed To Checkout.
On the Billing page there is an option to leave comments about your order. You may also like to Create an Account for future purchases, where you can then simply Login and your address details will be pre-filled on your order form.
Please note: Delivery must be to a street address. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
After checking your Order Details, Proceed to PayPal where you can either Login to your PayPal account or Check Out as a Guest and pay with your credit/debit card.
You will receive 3 emails advising you:
- Your order has been received awaiting confirmation of your payment.
- Your order is being processed.
- Your order is complete and on its way.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when you receive an email that your order is being processed.
We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made, the item is out of stock or on back order, or the item is discontinued. In this case we will always contact you first and will be more than happy to refund you your money or offer an alternative product.
The Contract between us: We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted and dispatched. Once payment has been received by us we will send you a confirmation email that your order is being processed and this brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY TRANSACTION WILL BE SAFE?
Once you enter the ‘Checkout’ area of our website your information is encrypted using SSL (secure socket layer). Medical Therapy Supplies Limited does not handle any credit card information, your payment details are encrypted and sent directly from your browser to PayPal.
DOES THE PRICE SHOWN INCLUDE VAT?
Yes – all prices shown on the website include UK VAT @ 20%.
The VAT amount will be shown at Checkout.
For International buyers, VAT will be deducted at Checkout.
I AM DISABLED AND HAVE A VAT EXEMPTION, WHAT DO I DO?

You will receive an email confirming that your order is complete and is on its way.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders placed before 1.00 p.m. Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 3-5 working days.
International orders are sent by Courier or Royal Mail and we ask that overseas customers allow 7-10 working days. We cannot be held responsible for any delays which are beyond our control.

CAN MY ORDER BE SENT TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS TO THE BILLING ADDRESS AND CAN I LEAVE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING DELIVERY?
Yes – when you enter the checkout page to enter your billing details, there is an option to leave comments or a different shipping address.
You can also leave us a message relating to any special delivery instructions.

If you are sending this as a Gift, please add this in the comments box so we can gift wrap it for you and not include details of your order with pricing.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM?
Please contact us as soon as possible as we may be able to stop the order being processed. If it has left the warehouse, and on receipt you decide you do not want the item, then please refer to our Returns Policy for instructions.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY, NOT WHAT I ORDERED OR SOMETHING IS MISSING?
If the item is returned to us unopened and in a re-sellable condition within 21 days of invoice, we would be more than happy to either offer you a refund on the purchase price or exchange the product for you.
You must obtain a Goods Return Number (GRN) by contacting us via email, before any goods are returned.
